Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME) also known as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) has nothing to do with ‘fatigue.’
If you are simply tired all the time, you do not have M.E. because
M.E. is a neurological illness of extraordinarily incapacitating dimensions
which affects virtually every bodily system – not a straight forward problem of ‘chronic fatigue.’
A better description of the way we are affected is to say that we have
