Tips and Tricks
As we all learn to live with ME/CFS we adopt different ways of coping with limited energy levels, pain, difficulty concentrating etc.
Always keep a few ready microwave meals in the freezer.
Don't aim to have 2 active days in a row until you are a long way down the recover path. Be active on 1 day and then rest - see how you feel - maybe just for 1 day, maybe for longer.
Remember that when it comes to your body YOU are the expert.
Don't feel guilty when you have to say No.
