However it is also important to remember that this site and the Clwyd M.E. Support Group is run by fellow sufferers and you are welcome to get in touch with us, or come and meet us. We will endeavour to help you understand what has happened to you and help you learn how to manage your illness as well as helping to ease your isolation.
