Come to a meeting

We hold meetings every month either in Flint or Buckley. See the meetings page for dates and times. If you can manage do come along, it's great to get together with other people who understand how you feel, whether you're ill yourself or caring for somebody who is. We welcome people suffering from CFS/ ME or Fibromyalgia.

We've got a new office

We now have an office in the Salvation Army Citadel in Shotton. You can find us there on a Wednesday morning between 10 and 1. You can also now ring us there on a Wednesday between 10 and 1 on 07813 04 1020.
