Clwyd ME Support Group has been active since 1992, has always promoted the interests of its members in North East Wales, and responded to their needs and aspirations.

At the Clwyd ME Support Group we offer help and information for any sufferer who has ME / CFS or FMS and everyone involved in their care whether they are family, friends or health professionals. We cover the North East Wales area and our aim is to support adults and young people who have to cope with these debilitating illnesses.

We're having a "meet and greet" afternoon from 2 p.m. on 13th September 2008 at 27 Pentre Mawr, Abergele, LL22 7PL. Our meetings are usually over towards Flint and we thought it would be a good idea to have a meeting which people in the Denbigh and Conwy area can get to more easily. Clwyd ME Support Group covers the counties of Flintshire, Denbighshire, Wrexham and Conwy and was started by Barbara Turnbull who developed ME in 1988 and then started a crusade to get treatment for ME sufferers in North Wales.
